At our fun and friendly atmosphere workshop/studio we offer all kinds of group activities, designed to help with mindfulness, bring out the creative side, learn new skills and to connect with others. This really is a great way to help with anxiety and feel a sense of achievement. 

We also offer a service, where you can learn how to create your own products and sell either online or at the markets. It's up to you. its Creating anything from old furniture and either refurbishing and giving it life or turning it into something else, or 
Upcycle Creative art is a unique way of recycling anything and turning them into a masterpiece, like old jars into candles, bottles into a vase, there are so many ideas to explore.

Our unique program allows you to be creative and have the opportunity to generate new skills and potentially earn a little extra income. 

There are no out of pocket expenses, we provide the materials along with tea, coffee, water and biscuits. 

We offer in a group or one on one for employment skills.
We can customize a Day and time for each week for you or you can join our groups below.
 Tuesdays - 
9am-12pm 

Thursdays - 
9am-12pm
