Quest Living have also developed a community access program day, but it's not your usual community access.
We do something different out in nature, weather its fishing, playing outdoor games in the park, exploring different places, smart phone photography or 4WD.
Being outside will not only help with mindfulness but it's also what our body needs to feel good, breathing in that beautiful fresh air and getting some of that Vitamin D goodness.
Most of our outdoor activities are no out of pocket expense, just under funding.
We all bring our own packed lunch and we will proved bottles of water. We do this so that no one is then at risk of any food allergies. keeping it safe.
